Demons in the Air

I think many people would agree that the music, television, and film industries fall more on the side of evil and corruption than goodness and purity. They rarely imbue a God-centered message. And if they do, it is ridiculed and mocked or deemed racist or somehow damaging to a specific group of people that are clearly not following any form of morality, but rather, forcing their immorality on everyone else. A lot of television and movies are violent and based on the demonic. Horror and hacker films are nothing new, but they are much more graphic and evil in content now than they have been in years past. I believe Satanism is behind many of these Hollywood productions. I probably don’t have to prove it to too many people, but I’d like to share something that happened to me earlier this year while watching a tv show that was quite alarming.

One night, my husband and I sat down after dinner to watch tv. I was intrigued by the description of one show, and he agreed it looked interesting so we put it on. It was kind of risky for me since I’m careful about what I watch, but I was curious.  We all know that curiosity often brings trouble, and this did. So this program was about a missing woman and a man hired to find out what happened to her. It wasn’t long before my husband fell asleep, but I continued to watch the show for about 20 minutes. Up until that point, it was the usual, a very predictable suspense thriller. But then something happened that bothered me. I watched as the missing woman slept in her new apartment for the first time. Everything was quiet, and then I heard music coming from the vent in her bedroom. She woke up and walked toward the vent and the music got louder.

That is when I felt my guardian angel touch me. The music was nothing I had ever heard before. It was so dark and evil that I instantly thought, you need to turn this off. That’s when the whole atmosphere in my house changed. It was like a thickness had filled the air. I felt it all around me. My heart started to race, and I immediately shut the tv off. I knew I had made a terrible mistake. I woke my husband up and told him it was time for bed. When I got upstairs, I could still feel the presence of evil, but I ignored it and went to bed. I fell asleep but was startled awake with the most horrible feeling. My heart was pounding out of my chest, and I just had the most horrible feeling that was very familiar. I knew it was demonic, but I was too lazy to get out of bed and pray my deliverance prayers. So I took a few deep breaths and told God that if I woke up again, I would pray the prayers. Once again, I woke up with the same terrible feeling and got up right away and prayed the prayers. I went back to bed after that and slept soundly all night long. 

“Our Battle is not against human forces but against the principalities and powers, the rulers of this world of darkness, the evil spirits in regions above.”

Ephesians 6:12

I went to Mass the next day as usual, and then adoration. I settled into my chair and recalled what had happened the night before. I asked God to help me understand. Then I heard the words, released in the air, in my spirit. I knew the music was the connection or link that caused the demons to be released. I also knew there had to be a spell or a curse attached to the music. So that would mean anytime anyone watches that show, demons will be released into the air of their homes. That’s pretty terrifying. But what is even more concerning to me is that the majority of the people watching that show will have no idea they are opening up a door to demons. I felt that evil because I have a close relationship with God. But if a person doesn’t have that closeness, then they’re most likely not going to be aware of the evil. Demons can affect almost every aspect of our lives when we live outside of God’s will for us. Especially our relationships, behaviors, thoughts, and emotions. They affect our lives in ways we are not always aware of, and for people who don’t know God, that is even more true.

“Stay sober and alert. Your opponent the devil is prowling like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.”

1 PETER 5:8

No one can deny that evil seems to be triumphing over good in the world today. We see it everywhere.  The devil is strong. Knowing that just watching a television show or listening to music can infest our homes (and lives) with demons is very important. What a clever idea these evil people had that produced that show. There are people who serve the devil in this world. We can’t be ignorant of that fact. They use spells and curses to spread evil throughout the world and directly into your life. They are real. I know because I have been a victim of curses and spells. It was a servant of Satan who attacked me in this and many other ways. The definition of a curse is a solemn utterance intended to invoke a supernatural power to inflict harm or punishment on someone or something. This supernatural power is a demon. A spell is a form of words used as a magical charm or incantation. So a human person is needed to create the spell or curse that will ultimately release these demons. So, it is not farfetched to believe that Satanists have a stronghold in the entertainment industry. They can affect so many people in this way.

Be careful of what you allow into your home and your mind. We must constantly be aware that we are in a spiritual battle. Demons roam the earth, and their job is to corrupt us. They aren’t going to announce that. They’re stealthy. Demons affect us without our knowledge. They don’t want us to be aware of their influence on our lives. They can do a lot more damage that way. But if we pay attention, pray and live holy lives, they will have no power over us. The sacraments are our saving grace. Confession defeats the devil, and the Eucharist gives us strength and grace.

Prayer of Authority-Father Ripperger

Lord Jesus Christ, in Thy name, I ask Thee to bind and silence all powers and forces that do not accept Thee as Lord and King, in the air, in the water, in the ground, the netherworld, and in nature and the spiritual world. I ask Thee to bind all demonic action and demonic communication. Lord, seal this whole place, all of us here and all our intentions, in the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ. Mary, we ask thee to surround us with thy mantle of protection and crush Satan’s power in our lives. Saint Michael the Archangel, we ask thee and all our Guardian Angels to defend us in battle against Satan and the powers of darkness. Amen

Adjuration-Father Ripperger

I adjure all you evil spirits, in the Name of the spotless Lamb of God, Jesus of Nazareth, to depart from here. I cast you out, every unclean spirit, every phantom, every encroachment of the devil. Yield then to God! You are vanquished in your citadel, all you vile demons. The most Sovereign Queen of Heaven, the glorious and ever Virgin Mary; Her immaculate purity drives you out; before her countenance, you must flee. Give way, you evil spirits, to the Queen of heaven. She is destined by Almighty God to crush your head with her heal. Amen
